Great experience with this company. First prescription sun glasses weren’t quite right so I was advised to order another pair free of charge . I also ordered a normal pair of glasses which are absolutely perfect. Customer service were really great too and nothing was any trouble .

Great ? price and offers are amazing

Really pleased with my varifocals. Being able to see what the glasses look like on my photo helped me to choose the best frame. Glasses are lightweight and look great. Lenses work well.

My order 2001035007 , placed 17th June was sent to someone else, I received someone elses glasses. Contact was good at first but I am still waiting for my sunglasses. The summer will be over by the time I get them, if at all.

Just received 3 more pairs of glasses, two sunglasses and one normal. No issues at all and as usual I LOVE the products and the price!

Given 5 stars because of a great service and products .
However recent purchase has broken around the rim and lens will not stay in .with lens in place rim will not close.
They have not had any adverse treatment or been dropped .
Please advise on repair .

I have rated this actually for their after sales service or say customer service, which was so quick and satisfying!

Brought a set of frameless glasses. They arrived well packaged by post. On opening, the presentation box broke. I have a weak prescription with added prisons - the lenses where incorrect. It was like looking through a swimming pool without googles - blurry. The actual frames are very flimsy compared to rimmed frames. To be fair, the cost of these glasses I haven't attempted to contact the company asking to help sort the issue as I was disappointed more about the frames than the lens!
